MAY 2013

11th Janina Liddell gave us many great ideas for travelling with a sketch journal. She covered techniques in pencil, pen, acrylic, watercolour, and mixed media.

18th Ray Budden showed us how to matt our works of art. His demo was particularly aimed at DIY framing but also covered 'conservation' framing and storage. He reckoned he had never demonstrated to so many individuals at the one time before! It was a great success.

APRIL 2013

6th : Demo by Marcel Desbiens: Painting Flesh Tones. What an incredible two hours. You must see the clip.

Marcel showed how to achieve incredible skin tones with real three dimensionality.

13th: De Gillett created some amazing works with her signature ink techniques. See the video

27th: HERMAN PEKEL visited us all the way from Melbourne. He took us to Paris painting his Parisian street scene.
