Gift Vouchers

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gift vouchers are available for purchase from our store, for any monetary amount greater than $20.
2. If the full value of a gift voucher is not spent, the remaining amount will be recorded and signed on the voucher.
3. Gift vouchers and the credit remaining on partly used vouchers must be used by 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers expire after 12 months.
4. The purchase price of a gift voucher may be used to accrue value on a customer loyalty card, however a gift voucher gifted to a customer as a loyalty programme reward, cannot.
5. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. They cannot be returned for a cash refund.
6. If your purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, you must pay the balance.
7. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
8. Gift vouchers sold at our store are only vaild at Art Shed Brisbane.
