By visiting artshedbrisbane.com.au, you agree that the laws of the state of Queensland govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute arising between you and Art Shed Brisbane or T/S from your use of artshedbrisbane.com.au is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland. If any of these terms is held by any Court to be invalid, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect. By using or accessing artshedbrisbane.com.au, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, disclaimers and limitations or liabilities. Art Shed Brisbane may amend these terms and conditions at any time and these amendments will take effect immediately on posting to the site. Your use of this site is limited to personal use in shopping and/or placing an order with Art Shed Brisbane.

We encourage you to join us to take advantage of special benefits we offer to Art Shed Brisbane Customers. However joining Art Shed Brisbane entails supplying an e-mail address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Art Shed Brisbane account.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, artshedbrisbane.com.au assumes no responsibility for and makes no representations regarding the accuracy of the information.
Pricing and GST
Except where noted otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. In the event of a discrepancy in the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. However, we do not charge you credit card until after your order has been duly confirmed and all costs have met with your approval and agreement.
All prices are inclusive of GST and are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery
- All orders received are shipped as soon as possible, usually on the next business day.
- Our “standard postage” rate: $8 Australia wide.
- Delivery 3-7 working days with very few exceptions.
- Express postage option ensures faster delivery (overnight – 3 working days)
- For URGENT online orders, please also notify our store by phone or email. We will endeavour to do everything possible to expedite your request.
- Insured postage option available
- If items are temporarily not in stock, we do not charge your credit card until the day of shipping.
- If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to advise.
- If delivery fails, Australia Post will leave the package at the nearest Post Office. Courier companies may leave contact details to arrange delivery.
- We use the eParcel system which offers a built-in tracking system and an online proof of delivery.
Shipping
- $8 flat fee for postage Australia-wide
- FREE shipping for orders over $100
- We use Australia Post and Star Track couriers
- Prices on the Art Shed Brisbane website do not include delivery.
- Our postage and shipping offers may not apply to remote areas or oversized or overweight items. (Australia Post's definitions)
Online Credit card payment
We use eWAY online payment system, because of its high level of security, reliability and integrity. www.eway.com.au
Your credit card details remain with eWAY’s storage system which uses the highest level of encryption.
We use Verisign SSL protection.
We employ eWAY’s credit card holding system. Your credit card is not charged until shipping choice, product availability and other issues are resolved and your order is ready for delivery.
Art shed loyalty programme, sales and promotions
Unless otherwise stated, none of the Art Shed Brisbane retail store’s promotions, sales or loyalty gifts apply to online purchases.
Telephone orders which require postage or shipping are treated in the same way as online purchases.
Customer Satisfaction
We want to remove any obstacles to your creativity – especially issues with purchasing art materials and especially purchasing them online. Please call or email us if you encounter any problems or if you have any concerns.
Your feedback is very welcome.
Returns
Art Shed Brisbane will replace goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. We will accept returns at our expense, provided the customer arranges this using our eParcel Returns system. (We email you a despatch label, which you use at a post office, to return the faulty or damaged goods.).
Goods must be returned within a reasonable period and with the following:
- A copy of the original receipt/order number
- The reason for the return (We refund for faulty or damaged goods. We do not normally refund if you change your mind or select the wrong product)
- Your day time phone number
Our return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act and related laws. Art Shed Brisbane reserves the right to charge your card for postage of spurious returns.
