   a love affair with art      

Meg and Manny met at Art Shed. Meg was studying art at Griffith Uni. Manny, a GP was teaching himself to paint. Both were living their devotion  to art.

Meg was the store's first employee. In the first week Art Shed opened, Manny asked her out to a life-drawing class! Years later Meg and Manny were married, and they bought the store.

It then became “Art Shed Brisbane” and they started making changes that others have since tried to copy.

Meg and Manny set out to make theirs an art store for art lovers. They decided their “baby” should be bursting with seductive art materials at fair prices. More importantly, their mission became to share their passion and inspire the creative spirit in every visitor.

People come to buy art materials. They leave with much, much more.
