Colouring and Tangling Workshops for Adults The popularity of colouring and zentangle art for adults is growing and the benefits of these enjoyable and creative activities can be great for reducing stress and anxiety or just a reason to find some “me” time in your busy life. The best thing of all is that they can easily be done by anyone without requiring any artistic ability whatsoever. Many parents who drop off their young creatives to my art studio tell me that their lives are frantic and the fast pace of juggling work with family life can be stressful and overwhelming.
