Shipping Options

We use Australia Post eParcel, Star Track Express services

The options for shipping are:

  • Standard Delivery SEQ(3 - 5 working days*) $12.25
  • Express Delivery SEQ(up to 3 working days**) $19.50
  • Bulky Delivery (3 - 5 working days***) – by quote

*Areas outside of the SEQ area will be provided with a freight quote for standard or express delivery,usually within 48 hours

*Standard delivery to certain areas may take up to 7 working days (e.g. NT and WA, Tasmania); and to regional NT and WA and country Tasmania, can take up to 20 working days. Bulky delivery charges may come into effect due to multiples of goods (e.g. bottles of paint). You will be notified if this is the case. 

** Express delivery to parts of WA, NT, Tasmania and regional areas of all states may take up to 7 working days

*** Bulky delivery refers to orders of large / bulky or hazardous items. Additional delivery fees apply to these since they necessitate extra packaging, handling, and may take longer to deliver. Also, some items such as large sheets of paper require extra and careful packaging and may incur a small extra fee.

Oversized, heavy or ‘hazardous’ goods (i.e. flammable)

Certain items attract a shipping surcharge for obvious reasons. Our system will automatically offer a freight quote

We will then contact you on next available working day to ensure your acceptance and satisfaction, process and complete your order.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive emails inviting you to track your order.

Receiving your goods

A signature is required. Please ensure you or an authorized person are present to sign.

Nobody Home?

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details enabling you to arrange pick up at your local Aust. Post outlet, or Courier depot. Alternatively you may contact us to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
