Make a Magiclay Easter Bunny – A Fun DIY for Kids!
Looking for a fun and easy Easter activity to keep little hands busy? Try making this adorable Magiclay Easter Bunny! It's a great project for kids (and grown-ups!) that doubles as a cute little egg holder. All you need is some Magiclay, a pair of scissors, and a little creativity.
Watch the full tutorial below, then follow the step-by-step instructions to create your own:
How to Make a Magiclay Bunny
Step 1:
Start by rolling your Magiclay into an egg shape. Once you're happy with the shape, use scissors to make a shallow diagonal cut across the egg’s length.
Step 2:
Gently push the cut piece of clay upwards. Then cut it straight down the middle and flatten each half with your fingers to form the bunny ears.
Step 3:
Using your thumb, press into the clay behind the ears to make a little hollow – this is where your Easter egg will sit!
Step 4:
Roll three small balls of Magiclay. Attach one to the back for the tail and two at the front for the feet.
Step 5:
Leave your bunny to dry for about 24 hours.
Step 6:
Pop in your favourite Easter egg, and enjoy your handmade bunny treat holder!
This is such a lovely Easter project to spark creativity – whether it’s part of a classroom activity, a school holiday craft, or something fun to do at home. Happy creating, and happy Easter!
