Refund policy

At Art Shed Brisbane, we want you to have the best possible creative experience. Whether you shop with us online or at our Montague Road store, we offer a 60 day return policy to give you total peace of mind.

 

Changed your mind?

We know that sometimes a product isn't quite what you expected, or you might have purchased a gift that isn't exactly right. With our 60 day return policy, you can return items for a store credit or exchange (minus original postage paid), provided the items are:

  • Returned within 60 days of purchase or receiving your order.
  • As new, unused, and unopened.
  • In original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
  • In a resalable condition and not damaged.
  •  

How to return for Change of Mind:

  • In-store: Bring your item and proof of purchase to our West End store.
  • Online: Email sales@artshedbrisbane.com.au with your name and order number to start the process.

Please note: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods for change of mind. We recommend using registered post for high value items.

 

Exclusions

To ensure all our customers receive high quality, untampered art supplies, we cannot accept Change of Mind returns (for store credit or exchange) on the following items unless they have an unbroken seal:

  • Individual pens and markers.
  • Open tubes or jars of paint.
  • Spray cans and aerosols.
  • Face paints.
  • Books.
  • Markdown or clearance items.

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our supplies. If you find a fault or if something is missing from your order, please advise us in writing at sales@artshedbrisbane.com.au within 28 days so we can investigate.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement when a product:

  • Has a fault you were unaware of at the time of purchase.
  • Does not do the job it was led to believe it would do.
  • Does not match the sample or description shown.

The Process:

  1. Contact us with your invoice number and photos of the fault.
  2. Once approved, we will organise the return. Art Shed Brisbane will cover return postage costs for faulty goods.
  3. Once inspected and deemed faulty, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 14 working days.

 

Proof of Purchase

All returns, refunds, or exchange requests must be accompanied by one of the following:

  • Original Tax Receipt or Invoice.
  • Bank statement showing the transaction.
  • Art Shed Brisbane Loyalty Card information held in our database.

Gift Vouchers

Please note that we do not offer refunds for gift vouchers for change of mind or mistake orders. Vouchers are for use at Art Shed Brisbane only.
