At Art Shed Brisbane, while we are not a wholesale business, we love to support schools where we can. Schools that submit orders with a valid school letterhead and purchase order may be eligible for a school discount (subject to approval). Please fill out the form below, and we will process your order as quickly as possible. We offer flexible payment options, including direct deposit or credit card, to make the ordering process easy for you.

Do you offer school discounts?
Yes, as of 2024, Art Shed Brisbane offers a school discount to schools purchasing supplies with a valid purchase order and school letterhead. Discounts are subject to approval, so be sure to attach this document when you fill out the form.
Please note that the term "school" refers to Department of Education schools. This does not include workshops, private tutoring, or non-registered programs. For further clarification or to check if your school qualifies, please email sales@artshedbrisbane.com.au
How do we submit an order?
Simply fill out the form below, attaching your purchase order on school letterhead. Once your order is processed, we will send an invoice that can be paid by either direct deposit or credit card—whichever suits your school.
What payment methods are available?
We accept payment via direct deposit or credit card. If you choose direct deposit, we will issue a tax invoice referencing your purchase order for payment processing.
What happens after payment is processed?
Once payment is received, we will pack and either ship the order or prepare it for in-store pickup. Please note, processing cannot start until payment is confirmed.
Do we need to pay upfront?
Yes, all orders must be paid in full before we can release the goods.
What is your policy on refunds and returns?
Change of Mind: Goods cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.
Faulty Goods: Exchanges may be possible but require approval from Art Shed Brisbane managerial staff. Requests must be made via phone or email and may take up to 7 business days.
Cash Refunds: Goods cannot be refunded for cash.
Can we set up a school account?
As a small, family-run business, we are unable to offer school accounts. However, after your first order, we streamline the process for future orders, and payments via direct deposit can often be processed more quickly.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
We typically process and send your invoice within 1–2 business days of receiving your order request. However, please allow up to one week for any unforeseen delays.
