Staff tip
Aim for one sketch a day across a whole calendar month, using one pen at the same time each day. Draw whatever is in front of you, whether that is a mug, a pair of shoes or the dog asleep on the rug. Somewhere around page 30 your line starts to loosen up, and the tiny page makes the habit feel manageable.
