Faber-Castell Ecco Pigment Pen

The product comes more from the technical corner. It was invented to replace the TG1 ink pens. People that are involved in technical drawing enjoy the pen. The Ecco Pigment is for slow and precise drawing, not for fast sketching. Black is available in 9 line widths 0.05mm - 0.8mm. The Ecco Pigment Pens have a metal clip on the cap and also a metal tip.

The cap and barrel of the Ecco Pigment Pens are made from pre-consumer waste plastic materials, coming from the automotive industry. Pre-consumer waste means that the material was sorted out during a production process because the final product did not fit in the specification for its original purpose. Normally this material/product would be disposed of. Our supplier found a technology to recycle this material and bring it back into the raw materials circle to become a completely different and new product - e.g. Ecco Pigment Pen.

The pigmented ink is light-fast, waterproof and will not bleed through the paper. The ink is erasable on tracing paper.
