Six opaque gel pens in fluorescent colours that stay bright on black card and glow under a UV lamp. The ink lies over the surface rather than soaking in, so neon lines read clearly on dark stock.
Features

- Sakura warn the fluorescent colours may fade in strong sun, so decorative use suits them best
- Holds up on most papers from about 100gsm, though thin copy paper may show through
Staff tip
This is a black light effect rather than something that glows in the dark. Under UV at a party or on a gig poster they are hard to miss, but they will not glow in a dark room without help.
Two passes give solid colour, so let the first dry before going back over it. For UV work, matte black stock beats gloss, which bounces the lamp back toward the viewer and flattens the glow. Colour chips are a rough guide only, as screens and paper both change how these read.
