Turn a flat board into a 3D butterfly that you paint yourself. This 25 x 25cm Splat Planet kit suits kids and adults who want a screen-free project with something to hang on the wall when it is done.
Features
- Wooden layers, pre-cut and ready to paint, then stacked and glued in order from back to front.
- Layers hold the wings off the body, which lets the finished butterfly stand away from the board.
- Box holds a paint set, a brush set, glue, double sided tape, and a guide to follow.
- Let every layer dry fully before stacking, so nothing smudges.
- Older kids can finish the project alone, while younger children may want help with gluing.
Staff tip
Work one spot on the left wing, mirror it on the right, then move to the next spot. That keeps the two wings matching.
Try spots, stripes or an ombre blend, or copy a monarch or blue Ulysses for a nature lesson. Art Shed is an official Australian stockist of Splat Planet and buys from the distributor, so every kit is genuine and never a grey import.
