Diamond Dust catches light in a way plastic glitter never does, because every flake is clear glass. Stuart Semple's 75g jar gives a hard, glinting finish on canvas, collage, cards or resin, and the colour underneath still shows through.
Features
- Made from glass flakes: tiny, super flat shards that lie evenly on the surface
- About 99.8% clear, so your artwork shows through
- Works with varnish, PVA, gel medium and epoxy resin, or mixed into resin for sparkle throughout
- Real glass: wear gloves for loose handling and never rub it into skin
- Keep away from eyes, food, drinks and skin, and out of reach of children and pets
- Sprinkle softly, avoid shaking, work somewhere ventilated, and use a dust mask for large jobs
- Once finished, seal it with a coat of varnish, and lift loose flakes with damp kitchen roll or tape rather than your hands
Staff tip
Scatter it from above for an even layer. Dab the adhesive only where you want sparkle, let it set fully, then tap off the leftovers.
